Friendly Sons of St Patrick

I've got a buddy who is a member of "The Society of the Friendly Sons of St. Patrick" here in San Diego. They bill themselves as a society that "exists to promote Irish culture, education and provide aid", but they're basically a bunch of really nice guys that like to get together and drink.

As you can imagine, St. Patrick's day is a big day for this group...and as you can see from this picture, I am not a member of the "Friendly Sons".

Rather then march in a parade, or get drunk in an Irish Bar, this year Megan and I went to a friends house for dinner and polite conversation. In other words, we're definitely ready to be parents.
