This is not my first time blogging about Phil's, and with just under 2 months left in the year, it probably won't be my last.
The thing about Phil's is that it is irresistible. Not so much in the way that Christy Brinkley was irresistible in "Vacation", more like the Your-powers-are-useless-against-us-so-don't-try-and-fight-it kind of irresistible. Once somebody mentions it as a dinner option there's no turning back. That's what happened tonight.
Megan just got home from a business trip in Seattle and while we were trying to figure out what to do for dinner, she said the magic words, "What about Phil's?" That's all it takes...30 minutes later this is what I was staring at this.
20 minutes later the plate looked much less presentable.
