My beautiful wife celebrated her birthday today, the last of the January birthday crew, and what a day it was.
Homemade pancakes and mimosas in the morning, Phil's BBQ this evening...we even got rear-ended on the freeway today (everyone's OK), but the most memorable part of the day was the actually day itself. Gorgeous!
Lucky for us in between carb-intensive meals and phone calls to the insurance adjuster, we got to enjoy the day San Diego style. Outside and near the water. There is a reason we all pay so damn much to live here and it's days like today. If you don't make the most of them, then you're wasting your money...and I don't have a job so that's not an option.
